At Wallitalia, every product originates from an idea and is made to order for the customer.
For this reason, we follow a careful and transparent process designed to ensure maximum security before production and during delivery.

By placing an order on our website, you accept the conditions outlined below.

Custom Production and Graphic Confirmation

All our products are made to measure and are produced only after the order has been received.

Within 3 business days of order confirmation, you will receive a detailed graphic preview via email provided by our production partners.

This step allows you to carefully verify:

  • Graphic layout and design

  • Text and spelling

  • Colors

  • Dimensions

  • Positioning

Production will begin only after your explicit confirmation.

Once the graphic preview has been approved, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the order, as the product will immediately enter the production phase.

Production Times

After your approval, the product is crafted with care and attention to detail.

The production time is approximately 10 business days.

Each item is created specifically for you, ensuring high quality and precision.

Shipping and Delivery

Once production is complete, the product is entrusted to the courier.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy and Europe: 3–4 business days

  • International shipments outside the EU: approximately 10 business days

Delivery times may vary in case of:

  • Customs procedures

  • Holiday periods

  • Extraordinary events or force majeure

When available, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment.

Estimated Overall Timeframes

From the time of order to delivery, the indicative timeframes are:

Italy / Europe: approximately 16–17 business days
(3 days graphic preview + 10 days production + 3–4 days shipping)

Outside the EU: approximately 23 business days

Returns and Assistance

Customized Products

Every Wallitalia product is made to measure and customized exclusively for the customer.

Since production begins only after approval of the graphic preview, returns are not accepted for change of mind or for errors not reported before confirmation.

In Case of Issues

We always provide assistance in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage caused during transport

  • Differences from the approved graphic preview
