SHIPPING AND RETURNS \u2013 WALLITALIA<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

1. Shipping<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The prices of products on the Wallitalia<\/strong> website do not include shipping costs.<\/p>

Shipping costs may vary based on the destination, order volume, and any promotions active at the time of purchase.<\/p>

For products with different delivery times, such information will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.<\/p>

Delivery of goods takes place at street level, at the address specified by the customer. Wallitalia<\/strong> does not provide delivery to the floor or placement inside the property. We therefore recommend making appropriate arrangements for receiving the goods. <\/p>

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>

Orders may be fulfilled through partial shipments. In such cases, the customer may choose to: <\/p>

  • wait for the complete availability of the order<\/li>
  • or receive separate shipments (possibly subject to additional costs)<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Delivery Times<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

    Delivery times are indicated both on the product page and in the order confirmation.<\/p>

    In the event that a product is no longer available, Wallitalia<\/strong> will offer the customer the option to:<\/p>

    • cancel the order<\/li>
    • or choose an alternative product with similar characteristics<\/li><\/ul>

      At the time of delivery, any anomalies or damage must be reported in writing on the delivery note<\/strong> and promptly communicated via email to customer service.<\/p>

      Wallitalia<\/strong> is not responsible for:<\/p>

      • errors in the shipping address provided by the customer<\/li>
      • absence of the recipient at the time of delivery<\/li><\/ul>

        3. Returns and Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

        The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the goods, without obligation to provide reasons, except for the excluded cases indicated below.<\/p>

        The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>

        Return Procedure<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

        To initiate a return request, it is necessary to:<\/p>

        • Send a communication via email to info@wallitalia.com<\/li>
        • Attach at least 4 photographs<\/strong> of the product:
          • general condition of the product<\/li>
          • any details (e.g., edges, packaging)<\/li>
          • packaging for shipping<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

            For products such as wallpaper rolls:<\/p>

            • they must be intact<\/strong><\/li>
            • they must not be opened, damaged, or missing the original packaging<\/li><\/ul>

              The return form (if required) must be completed and sent together with the request.<\/p>

              Return Costs<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
              • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer<\/li>
              • Exceptions are made for cases of defective or damaged products<\/li><\/ul>

                The shipping address for the return will be communicated by customer service.<\/p>

                Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>

                • Products that have been opened, used, or are missing the original packaging<\/li>
                • Products subject to rapid deterioration<\/li>
                • Custom-made or personalized products<\/li>
                • Products manufactured to order<\/li>
                • Orders already fully executed or in production<\/li>
                • Products returned incomplete or part of kits\/sets<\/li><\/ul>

                  The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from improper use.<\/p>

                  Important<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                  Returns that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted<\/strong>.<\/p>

                  Refund<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                  The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days<\/strong> from:<\/p>

                  • receipt of the returned product
