SHIPPING AND RETURNS – WALLITALIA
1. Shipping
The prices of products on the Wallitalia website do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs may vary based on the destination, order volume, and any promotions active at the time of purchase.
For products with different delivery times, such information will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Delivery of goods takes place at street level, at the address specified by the customer. Wallitalia does not provide delivery to the floor or placement inside the property. We therefore recommend making appropriate arrangements for receiving the goods.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders may be fulfilled through partial shipments. In such cases, the customer may choose to:
- wait for the complete availability of the order
- or receive separate shipments (possibly subject to additional costs)
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicated both on the product page and in the order confirmation.
In the event that a product is no longer available, Wallitalia will offer the customer the option to:
- cancel the order
- or choose an alternative product with similar characteristics
At the time of delivery, any anomalies or damage must be reported in writing on the delivery note and promptly communicated via email to customer service.
Wallitalia is not responsible for:
- errors in the shipping address provided by the customer
- absence of the recipient at the time of delivery
3. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without obligation to provide reasons, except for the excluded cases indicated below.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, it is necessary to:
- Send a communication via email to info@wallitalia.com
- Attach at least 4 photographs of the product:
- general condition of the product
- any details (e.g., edges, packaging)
- packaging for shipping
For products such as wallpaper rolls:
- they must be intact
- they must not be opened, damaged, or missing the original packaging
The return form (if required) must be completed and sent together with the request.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exceptions are made for cases of defective or damaged products
The shipping address for the return will be communicated by customer service.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used, or are missing the original packaging
- Products subject to rapid deterioration
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products manufactured to order
- Orders already fully executed or in production
- Products returned incomplete or part of kits/sets
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from improper use.
Important
Returns that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.
Refund
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from:
- receipt of the returned product
or - receipt of proof of shipment of the return
